One of the primary components of a good Search
Engine Optimization Program is "link popularity."
Around Houston
will design and build a "suite" of interconnected,
five-page, websites. Each individual "micro-site"
will have it's own unique domain name, allowing us to target
in on very specific, niche-market key phrases.
Let's say, for illustration purposes, that
you now have a website for French Hotels, which includes properties
in nine different cities in France.
And let's say, again for illustration purposes,
your current website is www.FrenchResortHotels.com and your
three main key phrases are as follows:

The domain names you select are also extremely
important. It's always better to have what you do and/or where
you are as part of your domain names. As far as domain names
go, FrenchResortHotels.com is pretty good.
However, the individual hotels along with
their locations as domain names allow a much more targeted
niche-market search engine optimization campaign.
Each of the individual hotel sites would be
linked to and from one another with a simple text link navigation
menu at the bottom of every page. Not only will you have a
considerable amount of external links to each individual hotel
site, but more importantly, they will be RELEVANT links.
Each page would also link back to the reservation
system hosted on the main site, as there would always be at
least two "Book a Room" or "Reserve a Room"
buttons on each page of each the "micro-sites."

The five pages, of course, may be whatever
the client chooses. In this case, for example, the client
may want Overview, Facilities/Services, Location, Events,
Weather, Photo Gallery, or even a Video Gallery or Video Testimonials
